Oba Femi got the better of Bronson Reed at WWE Money in the Bank on October 10, 2026. Reed kicked out of a Tsunami before Femi secured the pinfall victory.

Ahead of the match, Reed carried the same mindset from his bout with Roman Reigns into the contest. He entered with a focused approach and made no secret of it. He also addressed fan criticism over his weight loss, saying it had not taken anything away from him in the ring. Reed made clear that his change in shape had not made him any less dangerous between the ropes.
